1. Consultancy Scope & DSA Nature
Dwarikadhish Digital Loan Consultancy Pvt Ltd acts solely as an independent Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and loan consultancy matching customers with partner financial institutions (Banks and NBFCs). Dwarikadhish does not issue loan approvals, disburse funds, or operate as a direct lender under RBI NBFC regulations.
2. Sole Discretion of Partner Lenders
All loan approvals, sanction letters, interest rate assignments, processing fees, tenure limits, and disbursement timelines are at the sole discretion of partner banks and NBFCs. Dwarikadhish makes no guarantee of approval or rate matching.
3. Zero Upfront Fee Guarantee
Dwarikadhish does not collect upfront fees, cash deposits, or application charges from loan applicants. Any demand for cash payment claiming to represent Dwarikadhish is unauthorized and fraudulent.
4. Accuracy of User Information
Applicants warrant that all information supplied in eligibility forms is accurate, current, and verifiable. Submitting falsified documents or inaccurate financial statements will result in immediate rejection by lending partners.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dwarikadhish shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from lender credit decisions, delays in disbursement, or variations in partner bank interest rates.
